Can Squarespace Host My Domain?
Yes, Squarespace can host your domain. Squarespace also provides web hosting, which means you host your domain in another hosting service, connect it to a Squarespace site, and manage your website in Squarespace, separately from your domain hosting.
Domain Hosting vs. Web Hosting
Web hosting and domain hosting are two different things.
Web hosts store website content (web pages).
Domain hosts store domain names, which are the addresses that help visitors access web content.
Some platforms, such as Squarespace, offer all-in-one web and domain hosting.
Squarespace Domain Hosting
You can host a domain in Squarespace by either buying the domain directly from Squarespace, or transferring a domain from another hosting provider to Squarespace.

Squarespace Website Hosting
If your domain is already hosted with another provider, such as GoDaddy or Bluehost, you can either transfer the domain as explained in the previous section, or you can leave the domain where it is currently being hosted and just connect it to your Squarespace site. The latter options is what I will be explaining in the this section.
